At THE PAAN LUXE, we deal in perishable food products; hence, returns are handled carefully.
Returns Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of paan, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be provided only if:
- You receive a damaged or incorrect product
- The product is spoiled at the time of delivery
Conditions
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear images/videos must be shared as proof
Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
