At THE PAAN LUXE, we deal in perishable food products; hence, returns are handled carefully.

Returns Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of paan, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be provided only if:

  • You receive a damaged or incorrect product
  • The product is spoiled at the time of delivery

Conditions

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear images/videos must be shared as proof

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
